TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchase by the Customer of a Product implies acceptance of these Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the "Conditions" ) , so we recommend that you read them carefully. If the customer still have any questions or suggestions for improving these Terms , please contact Whateo by any means provided in the Contact section.

1 - Whateo offers an online service to purchase their products. All prices include VAT , and before making the purchase is reported shipping charges , if applicable .
2 - Prices and payment : The price of the Products are those that are reflected on the Web , except manifest error .
Payment may be made in the following ways :
- Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or 4B ), with precise indication of the name of the cardholder , card number , expiration date and code control it.
- Paypal , following the procedure and conditions of this payment gateway.
- Bank transfer . For this method of payment must contact Whateo , send bank receipt by e- mail ( [email protected] ) , indicate the name of the product and its data (name , address and ID number ) . Once the payment verified by Whateo , the customer will confirm the purchase.
3 - Processing of online shopping . To purchase a product through the Web , the Customer must select with a "click" the product you want to buy and where you will find the characteristics.
You must also select the mode of payment and include the criteria for payment of the item.
Once validated the order, screen confirmation of your order with the following information mainly appear:
1 - . Quantity Order and the name / Products.
2 - Your personal information .
3 - Form of payment selected .
4 - Total Price .
The purchase shall not be valid until the final or confirmed by the bank payment.
In addition, you will receive an email confirming the purchase.

5 - Responsibilities : Whateo can not guarantee at all times the total availability of the services offered on the Web , so the Customer expressly declares it exempt from any responsibility for this.

6 - Reserve amended Terms . Whateo may modify these Terms and Conditions in order to improve the products offered, or the suggestion of a User or third party being notified in advance.

7 - Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of any contingency , the client / user and Whateo agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.

POLICIES
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every attempt to display and describe our products accurately. The actual design colors you see will depend upon your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of your t-shirt upon delivery.
RUSH ORDERS!
Depending upon our production schedule, it may be possible for us to rush your order. Please contact us before making your purchase, and we will let you know if your order can be rushed.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Although rare, manufacturing defects can happen. If a problem develops with your t-shirt during the first year of ownership, we will be happy to repair your t-shirt for the cost of shipping only.
SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
We will ship your purchase via Mail within 7 days of your payment with delivery confirmation. You will receive an automated email once your item has shipped.
International Shipping
We love shipping internationally! We ship overseas via International Mail. This shipping method takes 5-14 days to arrive once we ship and typically costs between 10 to 25 euro depending upon the numbert of the t-shirts you purchase. Faster delivery methods are available but very costly. Duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance
Please consider we are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Each one of our products is made with the utmost care and the best materials around. That having been said, we understand the need for a return for whatever reason.
RETURNS
Let us know of your intent to return your t-shirt within 3 days of receiving your t-shirt. We will provide you with our return address at that time. We will process your refund--minus shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee--within seven days of receiving your return as long as the t-shirt arrives to us safely and is deemed to be in re-saleable condition. We recommend using a reliable shipping company for your return , as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the t-shirt will not be refunded, and your t-shirt will be returned to you at your expense..
All sale items are final sales.
We will not accept a return for a t-shirt that was damaged by the shipping company.
We strive to make you overjoyed with your Whateo purchases. Contact us ASAP if anything is wrong with your order. We can work just about anything out!
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns (see RETURNS above). There is no restocking fee with exchanges but customers are responsible for the difference in price and shipping costs. Exchanges will take around 2 weeks to process due to the fact that our products are made-to-order and it is unlikely we will have your exchange item in stock. The item you request for exchange will be placed into our production schedule, which requires a 7-10 day turn-around.
Custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
All sale items are final sales.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (processed through Paypal--you do not have to have Paypal account) or regular PayPal accounts using your Paypal balance.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Please make sure your Paypal address is up-to-date as that is the address we will use when we send your t-shirt to you.
Do you offer any product guarantees?
Manufacturing defects happen very rarely but, based on the fact that we are only human, we understand we do make mistakes. If a problem develops with your t-shirt during the first year of ownership, we will be happy to repair your t-shirt for the cost of shipping only.
What makes your products cruelty-free?
We believe materials made with animal products are completely unsustainable. We will never use leather, wool, silk or any other material derived from an animal to build our products.
Where are Whateo products made?
In Andrés Bruno studio (www.andresbruno.me). He design the products.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes!
What about custom products?
Sadly, we no longer have the time to make extensive customizations to products at our customers' request.
Can your products be found in any stores near me?
Not now, but maybe tomorrow!
Do you offer wholesale or consignment? We are not currently looking to expand our wholesale market but would definitely consider working with a "perfect fit" boutique. If you are interested in carrying our products at your boutique, let us know.

CONDICIONES DE COMPRA DE WHATEO

La compra por parte del Cliente de un producto implicará la aceptación de las presentes Condiciones de Contratación (en adelante las “Condiciones”), por lo que recomendamos que te las leas detenidamente. Si aún así el Cliente tuviera alguna duda o sugerencia para mejorar las presentes Condiciones, por favor, póngase en contacto con Whateo mediante cualquier medio de los facilitados en la sección de Contacto.

1.- Compra y precios: Whateo ofrece un servicio online para compra de sus productos. Todos los precios incluyen el IVA, y antes de efectuar la compra se informa de los gastos de envío, en su caso.
2.- Precios y condiciones de pago: El precio de los Productos son los que se encuentran reflejados en la Web, salvo error manifiesto.
El pago podrá realizarse de las siguientes formas:
- Tarjeta de débito o crédito (Visa, Mastercard ó 4B), con indicación exacta del nombre y apellidos del titular de la tarjeta, número de tarjeta, fecha de caducidad y el código de control de la misma.
- Paypal, siguiendo el procedimiento y condiciones de esta pasarela de pago.
- Transferencia bancaria. Para esta forma de pago deberá contactar con Whateo, remitir justificante bancario por e-mail ([email protected]), indicar el nombre del Producto y sus datos (nombre, apellidos, domicilio y número de DNI). Una vez comprobado el abono por parte de Whateo, se confirmará al cliente la compra.
3.- Proceso de compra on line: Para adquirir un Producto a través de la Web, el Cliente deberá seleccionar mediante un “click” el producto que desea comprar y en el que encontrará las características del mismo.
También deberá seleccionar el modo de pago e incluir los datos solicitados para el abono del Producto.
Una vez validado el pedido, aparecerá la pantalla de confirmación de su pedido con la siguiente información principalmente:
1.- Cantidad de pedidos y nombre de el/los Productos.
2.- Sus datos personales.
3.- Forma de pago seleccionada.
4.- Precio total.
La compra no podrá ser considerada definitiva ni válida hasta la confirmación por parte del banco del pago correspondiente.
Además, el Cliente recibirá un correo electrónico confirmándole la compra realizada.
5.- Responsabilidades: Whateo no puede garantizar en todo momento la disponibilidad total de los servicios ofertados en la Web, por lo que el Cliente declara expresamente eximir a éste de cualquier responsabilidad por este motivo.

6.- Reserva de modificación de las Condiciones: Whateo podrá modificar estas Condiciones Generales con la finalidad de mejorar los Productos ofrecidos, o por sugerencia de un Usuario o tercero, notificándose con antelación suficiente.

8.- Legislación aplicable: Las presentes Condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. En caso de cualquier contingencia, el Cliente/Usuario y Whateo acuerdan someterse a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Barcelona.
